Before you begin

Make sure you have:
  • Access to the Longwave dashboard
  • RMM or MDM access for endpoint deployment
  • One pilot tenant with a small user group
  • Stakeholder agreement on AI policy scope (allowed tools, blocked actions, and redaction expectations)

Onboard your first tenant

Follow the tenant onboarding flow and choose your onboarding method.

Deploy the Security Agent

Push the agent through your normal RMM or MDM process. Keep the first rollout small so you can tune policy quickly.

Set policy enforcement rules

Configure content filtering, redaction behavior, and model access rules for your pilot users.

Collect data and review reports

Let usage data run for about two weeks, then review activity and policy events with your customer.
